New Awareness | Joe Trytsman

Change begins with what you choose next

You are not powerless – even if it
feels that way

When life feels overwhelming – whether through personal struggle or loss, emotional exhaustion, illness, or business pressure – it is easy to believe there is no way forward.

There is.

Not through advice. Not through quick solutions. But through a new
awareness of your situation, your perceptions, and your choices.

If you are willing to explore that, let’s have a conversation.

What this is about

A different approach to personal change

New Awareness is a life coaching practice led by Joe Trytsman.

Joe works with individuals who feel stuck, discouraged, or at a breaking point – including those facing chronic or terminal illness, depression, or significant personal or business challenges.

The focus is simple: How you see your situation shapes how you live within it.

When awareness shifts, possibilities shift.

New Awareness is not about analysing the past or being told what to do.

It is about recognising where you may be limiting yourself, and taking responsibility for what you can change.

What makes this process different

No formulas. No advice. No dependency.

Many coaching models follow a structured template.

Joe does not.

Every person is approached as a unique individual. Each engagement begins without assumptions.

Rather than giving advice, Joe works with you to develop clarity about:
• Your current situation
• Your perceptions
• Your patterns and habits
• Your self-limiting beliefs

Real change begins when blame shifts to accountability.

That turning point can feel uncomfortable. But it can also be empowering.

The process

Structured. Deliberate. Sustainable.

Change does not happen in a single conversation.

The process includes six structured sessions followed by a deliberate two-month period of self-work.

This rhythm creates space to:
• Reflect
• Recognise patterns
• Create new awareness
• Practise new responses
• Build discipline

If there is no self-work, there is no value in the sessions.

This is not a quick fix. It is a personal commitment to meaningful change.

Sessions are available in person and online, and clients are based locally and internationally.

The goal is not to make you dependent on a coach.
It is to help you become someone you can rely on.

Who this is for

This approach may suit you if:

You feel that nothing has worked

You are tired of “trying”

You sense there is more to you than your current circumstances reflect

You are willing to take responsibility, even if you do not yet know how

You do not need certainty. You only need willingness.
